District-level felicitation and felicitation ceremony for 10th board passed students
Malkangiri (06/05) Pratik Samachar - Today, a district-wide felicitation and felicitation ceremony was held at the District Council Hall by the District Education Office, Malkangiri, in which the District Magistrate felicitated 32 students who had passed the 10th annual board examination with certificates, mementos and bouquets.
On this occasion, in the presence of the Additional District Magistrate, Chief District Health Officer, Additional District Superintendent of Police, District Welfare Officer, District Education Officer, the District Magistrate provided a support amount of Rs. 20000 for the future education of Divyang Laxmi Khemundu, who successfully passed the 10th examination by writing in her handwriting and setting an example for the whole of Odisha.
While honouring 32 students from PM Shri Government High School Balimela, Jagannathpally High School, Saraswati Sishu Mandir and Dhaltha Convent School, the District Collector, recalling the inspiring times of his student life, said, "Today, Malkangiri students have proven that with willpower, all obstacles can be overcome. These 32 students are not only the pride of their families, but also of the entire district. The district administration will provide all kinds of support for higher education in the future."
According to District Education Officer Chittaranjan Panigrahi, 22 students from the School and Mass Education Department scored above 90 percent, while 66 students scored more than 80 percent. With this, the district's pass rate is higher than the state's pass rate, bringing pride to the Malkangiri Education Department.
