Malkangiri District Level Joint Grievance Hearing: Review of 28 grievances in B.L.Pur, distribution of allowances and visit to Anganwadi

Malkangiri (18/5) pratik samachar - Malkangiri District Administration has taken a big step to reduce the distance between the administration and the people and to find a permanent solution to the problems. The District Level Joint Grievance Hearing Camp was successfully held today at the premises of the B.L.Pur Gram Panchayat Office, Malkangiri Block. In this special program, District Magistrate Pratesh Arvind Rajshirke, District Superintendent of police Vinod Patil H, Chief Development Officer Dasharthi Sarabu and District Chief Medical Officer Dr. Dolamani Pradhan were present along with all the senior officers of the district and directly connected with the people. They listened to the various serious problems and grievances of the people and took necessary steps to resolve them immediately. A total of 28 grievances were registered from the local area in this camp, in which 01 were individual problems and 27 were rural infrastructure and collective problems. Along with the grievance redressal, the District Collector visited various departmental camps organized there to provide government assistance. On this occasion, he distributed social security allowance to the eligible beneficiaries and discussed with the local people about their facilities and inconveniences. After this, the District Collector visited the Adarsh ​​Anganwadi Center at B.L.Pur and reviewed the infrastructure, food quality and services provided to the children there. Along with B.L.Pur, parallel panchayat level public grievance camps were also successfully held in six other major gram panchayats of the district namely Podia, Somnathpur, Kadamguda, Badapadar, Katapalli and Gomphakonda. Block level administrative officers were present in all these panchayats to understand the problems of the people closely and work for immediate solutions. In this context, the District Collector said in his message that our main goal is to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach the final beneficiaries of every village in a transparent manner. The administration is always ready to serve the people and strict instructions have been given to all the departmental officers to find permanent solutions to the collective problems within the stipulated time.
