Samadhan Samaroh 2026' in Supreme Court: Special Lok Adalat for amicable resolution of disputes, applications can be made till May 31
Malkangiri (18/5) pratik samachar - The District Legal Services Authority Malkangiri has informed the general public that A special 'Samadhan Samaroh 2026' (Swatantra Lok Adalat) is being organized in the Supreme Court. This step has been taken by the Supreme Court of India (Supreme Court) with the aim of providing easy and speedy justice to the public and delivering justice at their doorsteps. The campaign has started from April 21st, while the Special Lok Adalat will be held on August 21, 22 and 23rd. The main objective of this Lok Adalat is to resolve the cases pending in the Supreme Court for a long time with the consent of both the parties. All the petitioners, litigants and interested parties are requested to participate in this. The biggest advantage is that the parties can either be physically present in the Supreme Court in New Delhi or connect virtually through online and easily resolve their disputes. The application process is underway to join this resolution process. The petitioners or their lawyers can visit the official website of the Supreme Court (www.sci.gov.in) and fill the Google form available there. The last date for submitting this form has been fixed as 31st May 2026. For the convenience of the people of Malkangiri district, special assistance is also being provided by the District Legal Services Authority, Malkangiri.
