Accused caught stealing baby boy to get girlfriend
Malkangiri (11/05) Pratik Samachar - Accused of stealing a child's certificate to get a girlfriend. On the other hand, the child thief was tied to a stake and handed over to the police by the villagers. Such an incident took place in MV 114 village under Motu police station. On receiving the news, Motu police reached the spot this morning and rescued the accused youth and took him to the police station. According to the information received, the accused youth named Subrata Mandal of MV 60 village was in love with a woman from MV 114 village. The woman and the accused fell in love while they were working in Andhra. Then, the woman had moved to her own village MV 114 a few days ago. She was no longer in contact with the youth. Then, the woman's son was kidnapped and taken away. Thinking that the woman would come to him herself, the accused youth came to MV 114 village this morning and kidnapped a 5-year-old boy from the neighbor's house instead of the woman's son. The villagers, however, came to know about this and chased after the thief, rescued the child from near the village, tied up the accused and informed the police.
